Reinstatement of the two-year Post Study Work Permit (PSW UK)
The UK government has announced the return of the two-year work visa post-study (Graduate pathway) for students from abroad. The new immigration regulations will be beneficial to international students planning to continue their studies in the UK starting in 2020-21. Students who started their studies in the fall of 2020 or the spring of 2021 must have a place in the UK with a student visa by September 27, 2021. Students who will begin their studies in the latter part of this year or at the beginning of next year should have their visas in place for the UK on April 6, 2022.

Documents required to obtain the UK Study Visa

- A completed student visa application form

UK Students Visa Process: How to Apply

UK Point-based Visa System
Students must be aware of the fact that UK Visa is a point-based visa system. It is vital that applicants satisfy all conditions in the Immigration Rules and have 40 points in total.
