If you find an oversight in the video

The process of obtaining the biometric residence permit

You must complete this process before the Vignette expiration, either within 10 days or after arrival in the UK or the day you arrive, whichever comes later.
You decide where you want to get your BRP at the time of submitting your application.
If you receive your BRP, make sure the details are right. In the event that your personal name is too long, it could appear as a cutoff. This isn't a mistake.
