The University of Antwerp (Dutch: UniversiteitAntwerpen) is a major Belgian university located in the city of Antwerp. Officially, the abbreviation for it is UA and UAntwerpen is more commonly employed. It is the University of Antwerp has about 20000 students, making it the third biggest school in Flanders. University of Antwerp Faculties
The University of Antwerp has 30 academic bachelor programs with 69 master programs, 20 master-after-master programs and 22 postgraduate programmes. There are also 26 courses that are taught entirely exclusively in English (1 bachelor master, 16 master, six master-after-master , and 3 postgraduate programs). University of Antwerp Research Program
The University of Antwerp, as an actual research university is determined to be a leader in as many areas of research as is possible. The 2010, QS World University Rankings the University of Antwerp was ranked at 179th place overall. Antwerp has a broad system of student organizations. Every faculty has at least one organization usually even one for every discipline.
