Housing Service

During the spring semester, all students are assigned to student housing. Some students will have to locate private housing during the autumn semester:

  • Student housing is guaranteed to the majority of overseas master's degree students enrolling in full degree (not exchanges) at NTNU. Master's students from Norway or the Nordic nations, on the other hand, will not be eligible for student housing.
  • Non-EU/non-EEA exchange students who apply before the deadline (1 April/1 October) will be assured housing. Exchange students from the EU, EEA, and Switzerland are not guaranteed housing. In the autumn semester, Nordic students will not be eligible for student housing.
