Management & Science University is a private institution located in Malaysia situated within Shah Alam, Selangor. The school was established in 2001 under the name University College of Technology & Management Malaysia before it officially became an official university in October of 2007 under the name Management & Science University.

Management & Science University is an affiliate of MSU Holdings which comprises MSU College, Management & Science Institute, MSU Kids, MSU Medical Centre, MSU Foundation, Sekolah bina Insan MSU Foundation, Jakarta Institute of Technology and Health, and Ilmu Ekonomi Penguji High School.
